Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the items for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned in its original, unused condition with the tag still attached.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us.
Please make sure you get tracking number on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund.
Please note: Customised items are final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded
We will notify you when we receive your returned items. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
